Historically, at the restaurant ‘O Canonico 1898, local wine purchased from farmers was served, accompanied by a few traditional Sorrentine dishes.
Guglielmo Terminiello, with the steadfast support of his wife and three children, has built one of the most active and prestigious establishments in Sorrento through professionalism, determination, and intuition.
His children, Patrizia, Antonino, and Marco, having specialized through professional sommelier courses and studies in economics and marketing, passionately continue to oversee the family’s centenary business.
Guglielmo Terminiello, the founder of the restaurant ‘O Canonico 1898, offers his vast selection of homemade *rosoli* and liqueurs, about 100 varieties, where imagination surpasses reality. Basimilla® (the centenary liqueur), Aranoce, Nocillo, Carruba, and Cinque Agrumi (in three different versions) are just some of the liqueurs that can be enjoyed to conclude the meal.
